These Terms apply to consumers and business customers unless otherwise stated.

2.1 All products listed on CoinMinerElite are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. 2.2 Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Actual hardware may differ slightly from images. Manufacturer specifications apply. 2.3 We do not guarantee mining profitability. Hashrates, power consumption, and efficiency are based on manufacturer data and may vary by ±5% under real-world conditions. 2.4 Prices are in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement applies.

3.1 By clicking "Proceed to Checkout" and completing payment, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. 3.2 A purchase contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email with your order details and tracking information. 3.3 We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion (e.g. in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). In such cases, any payment will be refunded in full. 3.4 You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact and shipping information.

4.1 We accept the following payment methods: • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe • Cryptocurrency checkout via NOWPayments, once enabled 4.2 Payment is due in full at time of order. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed. 4.3 Crypto payments are accepted according to the exchange rate and payment terms shown by the payment provider at time of transaction. Price differences due to exchange rate fluctuations are non-refundable. 4.4 All transactions are processed by our payment partners. We do not store card or wallet details.

5.1 We ship worldwide via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 5.2 Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days for international shipping. 5.3 Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, force majeure, or events outside our control. 5.4 Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. 5.5 Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict or be held liable for these charges.

6.1 If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. 6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the deadline: Email: support@coinminerelite.com 6.3 You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. 6.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to: • Products that have been used, opened, or installed • Products damaged through misuse or incorrect setup • Custom or special-order items 6.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition, using the original payment method.

7.1 New miners include manufacturer warranty coverage unless otherwise stated on the product page or in the manufacturer documentation. 7.2 Warranty coverage applies to hardware defects under normal operating conditions per manufacturer specifications. 7.3 Warranty is void in case of: • Damage caused by incorrect voltage, overclocking, or overheating • Physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications • Use outside of specified temperature/humidity ranges • Firmware tampering or use of unofficial software 7.4 For warranty claims, contact support@coinminerelite.com with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a description of the defect. 7.5 Depending on the case, defective items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with applicable law and manufacturer/RMA procedures.

8.1 CoinMinerElite shall not be liable for: • Loss of mining revenue or profit • Fluctuations in cryptocurrency prices or network difficulty • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Damage arising from incorrect installation, setup, or operation 8.2 Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product. 8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.1 Cryptocurrency mining is subject to varying legal and regulatory frameworks depending on jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that purchasing and operating mining hardware is legal in your country. 9.2 Mining profitability is not guaranteed. Past performance does not indicate future results. Decisions to purchase mining hardware should be made independently after your own research. 9.3 We are not a financial advisor and nothing on this website constitutes financial or investment advice.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of CoinMinerElite or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

11.1 These Terms are governed by German law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. 11.2 For consumers in the EU: You may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. 11.3 The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. 11.4 We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we are willing to do so.
