HOW WE SHIP

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a dispatch notification with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Delivery time
5–14 business days for international orders. Exact delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Shipping partners
We use DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS. All shipments include full tracking.
Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. Some destinations may have restrictions — contact us if you are unsure.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Import duties & taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check regulations in your country before ordering.

CHANGING YOUR MIND

If you decide a miner is not right for you, we make the return process straightforward. Just get in touch before shipping anything back and we will guide you through it.
Return window
14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
How to start
Email support@coinminerelite.com before returning anything. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition, using the original payment method.
Opened or used items
Items that have been opened, powered on, or used are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. They may still qualify for warranty or DOA resolution.

WHAT IS COVERED

New miners include manufacturer warranty coverage unless stated otherwise on the product page. If a hardware defect develops under normal use, we help you prepare the claim and coordinate the next steps with the relevant manufacturer or distributor.
Warranty period
Manufacturer warranty period as stated on the product page or manufacturer documentation. If no product-specific period is shown, contact us before ordering and we will confirm it.
What is covered
Hardware defects that occur under normal operating conditions as specified by the manufacturer.
What is not covered
Physical damage, water or liquid damage, incorrect input voltage, overclocking beyond rated limits, unauthorised modifications, and damage from improper cooling or environmental conditions.
How to claim
Email support@coinminerelite.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or video evidence. We will confirm next steps within 1 business day.
RMA process
If a physical return is required, we will provide instructions once your claim is assessed. Do not ship anything before confirmation.

IF YOUR MINER DOES NOT WORK OUT OF THE BOX

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We take DOA cases seriously and will resolve them as quickly as possible — replacement or full refund.

What to include
Your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or a short video showing the fault.
Resolution
We will arrange a replacement unit or issue a full refund, at your choice. Return shipping for DOA items is covered by us.

Bulk orders
For orders of 3 or more units, contact us before placing your order for dedicated support and volume pricing. Bulk orders may have a longer processing time.
Mining profitability
CoinMinerElite does not guarantee mining returns. Profitability depends on network difficulty, coin price, and your electricity cost — all of which change over time.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship on the estimated date stated at the time of purchase. Delays can occur due to manufacturing or logistics. We will communicate any significant changes.
